To register, please prepare 2 recent passport-sized photographs (3cm x 3cm) and a photocopy of your I/C or passport.
The 2009 Penang Japanese Speech Contest will be held on the 8th of August 2009 at the Caring Society Complex (Kompleks Masyarakat Penyayang). This year’s contest will be divided into 3 categories:
1. Open: For all members of the public
2. Student: For school students
3. Open Undergrad: For individuals presently studying in a local institute of tertiary education, who possess a minimum proficiency of Level 2 in the JLPT
The Society will be conducting a revision class for JLPT Level 4. This class will commence on Monday, 6th October 2008. Lessons are on Mondays (7.30pm – 9.30pm). Duration is 8 lessons. Please contact the Society to register or obtain more details.

The registration exercise for the 2006 edition of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test, or JLPT will take place from 28th August 2006 to 15th September 2006. Forms will be available at a cost of RM5 each. Registration fees are as follows:
Candidates are required to supply 2 standard-sized passport photos when submitting their registration forms.
