A new Elementary 2 class will commence on Tuesday, 9th August 2022. Lessons are twice a week, on Tuesdays (7.30 – 9.30 pm) and Fridays (7.30 – 9.30 pm). To ensure you have a seat, please visit our Society’s office during our opening hours (7.00 pm – 9.30 pm on weekdays) to register and pay the fees in full. Class sizes are now limited to 18 persons on a first-come-first-serve basis in order to ensure adequate social distancing as mandated by current Government guidelines. A new Intermediate 1 class will commence on Tuesday, 28th June 2022. Lessons are twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays (7.30- 9.30 pm). Please be informed that the July 2022 JLPT in Penang this year will be held at the following venue and time.
Test venue: Sentral College Penang, Penang Street.
Date: 3rd July 2022
N2 & N5: morning session, report at 9 am, Exam starts at 9.30 am.
N1, N3 & N4: afternoon session, report at 2 pm, Exam starts at 2.30 pm.
Please be advised that we have received a new communication from the Administrator of the JLPT here in Malaysia.
An important thing to note: Registration Period for JLPT 2022 July Test will be from April 1 (Fri) – 10 (Sun), 2022. Due to the limited number of seats, registration may close earlier if the maximum number of candidates at the individual test sites is reached.

In line with the expected reopening of schools, PJLS is planning to resume face to face classes from October 10th onwards. For students whose classes were interrupted by the MCO, your respective teachers will be contacting you with the relevant details.
Face-to-face classes will only be allowed for students who are fully vaccinated. SOPs regarding social distancing and mask wearing still apply. If you are having a fever or any other flu like symptoms, or are still not fully vaccinated on the day of the classes, please do not come to PJLS.
New intakes will be announced in due course. Please wait until we have settled the arrangements for our existing students.
