The 22nd National Level Japanese Speech contest was held in Kuala Lumpur at the Japan Club KL on the 3rd of September 2006. Amidst a strong field, representatives from the Penang region clinched the 1st and 3rd placing. Congratulations to Ms Ch’ng Ching Aun and Ms Lau Hui Chin!
