JLPT 2024 December Paper Registration
[JLPT 2023 December Paper Registration Will Open Soon!]
Registration Period: 19 August 2024 – 2 September 2024
Get ready for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) this December! Registration will officially open from 19 August 2024 at 12:00 noon until 2 September 2024 at 2:00 pm.
Test date: 1st December 2024 (Sunday)
Test Venues:
– Kuala Lumpur
– Penang
– Ipoh
– Kota Kinabalu
– Johor Bahru
Test fees are:
- RM 180 for N1, N2 and N3 levels.
- RM 140 for N4 and N5 levels.
The test sessions are:
- Morning – For N2 and N5 levels.
- Afternoon – For N1, N3 and N4 levels.

July 2024 JLPT Reminder
Attention all JLPT examinees: The July 7th exam coincides with Penang Heritage Day, causing potential traffic and parking issues near Sentral College. To avoid being late, arrive 30 minutes early.
New Class Commencement: 2nd May 2024 – Intermediate 2
A new Intermediate 2 class will commence on Thursday, 2nd May 2024. Lessons are twice a week, on Tuesdays (7.30 pm – 9.30 pm) and Thursdays (7.30 pm – 9.30 pm). To ensure you have a seat, please visit our Society’s office during our opening hours (7.00 pm – 9.30 pm on weekdays) to register and pay the fees in full. JLPT 2023B (Dec Paper) Results Available from 22nd Jan 2024
Please be informed that the Dec 2023 JLPT results will be available for viewing online from 22nd Jan 2024 onwards. For more details please visit www.jlsm.org
Announcement of JLPT 2023A Results
Examinees are able to view their test results online via (https://www.jlpt-overseas.jp/onlineresults/) from 10:00 AM August 21 (Monday) to 5:00 PM 31 October (Japan Time).

A new Higher Level (N3) class will commence on Tuesday, 4th July 2023. Lessons are twice a week, on Tuesdays (7.30 pm – 9.30 pm) and Fridays (7.30 pm – 9.30 pm). To ensure you have a seat, please visit our Society’s office during our opening hours (7.00 pm – 9.30 pm on weekdays) to register and pay the fees in full. Class sizes are now limited to 17 persons on a first-come-first-serve basis in order to ensure adequate social distancing as mandated by current Government guidelines. For more information, you may refer to our FAQ for general course details and other related information.

JLPT 2022 B (December paper) Registration
The registration for JLPT 2022 B will be open from August 29 12.00 noon until September 11 2022 midnight. Interested parties may register at the following websites:
